DOLLARS VERSUS LOVE!

Once upon a time there was guy. Like you guys, he went to school when he was a kid to enjoy school life and to learn something so that he could be a learned person and could earn some respect in the society. I don’t know why parents think that a well educated person may only be respected human in the society.

He wasn’t a bookworm, nerd, geek, regular, disciplined, and careful. In fact he lacked all the qualities that a good school going kid possesses. Fighting with his parents’ everyday scolding and stiff Indian education competition he managed to clear his board examinations. In fact he topped the board exams and got published in almost all leading newspapers.

No one who knew him very well could have thought of him being a topper and got his pic published in the newspapers across the sub continent. For this he got no appreciation, no honor, no respect and nothing form his school and parents as he was always indulge in bad things like fighting with his classmates, schoolmates, outsiders and teachers too (at times!).

He had a girlfriend and a best friend too whom he got separated as his dad sent him away from home and his love to a different city (a metro one) to study in a coaching institute to clear IITJEE and get into one of the IITs. From 5th to 10th standard of his schooling he had always dreamt to get the education system changed so that the kids needn’t worry much. For this he had been writing several letters to the Indian prime minister. The prime ministers got changed after each 2 to 5 years of interval but he never got any reply from them. He then decided to become the prime minister of India one day.

Now he had gotten shifted to a metro city away from his parents’ scolding, the fucking school that he ever hated and his lovely girlfriend with whom he wanted to stay for the rest of his life. Well, he had joined a premier institute that was challenging that most of the IITJEE toppers are from there. The fact is that almost all such institutes do so.

It was a new world, new city, new geography so new language, new lifestyle and new atmosphere. Right from the first day of the class, a girl (whom he was asked to sit with) felt in love with him and he did the same later. Their love story got nurtured, flourished and became famous as the girl was the most blonde one and everybody (guys only!) wanted to sleep with her.

IITJEE was held and he wrote it but unfortunately he got his rank in lakhs that worsened his relationship with his parents the most. He was not that bad student so he managed to clear the state level engineering entrance examination and got admission. His girlfriend failed to clear any engineering entrance exam so his parents decided to shift her to her mamu place which was in New York. Again, he had to spend his life without his love with whom he wanted to settle for his whole life!

Time passed with greater speed. He had made some cool friends in his college but failed to make girlfriend there and looked outside for it. He had turned into a stud and met a girl in metro train and felt in love with her when she just asked the route of a University. She also felt in love with him. Their colleges were different so they didn’t get much time to share together like he used to do with his ex. Time passed happily. He never cared for his parents. He didn’t even miss them. Three years of his engineering course went amazing.

Meanwhile he had developed habit of writing something. In fact he had started writing about almost all topics that had affected him positively and negatively, deeply. He started publishing his stories on his won and his writings had started attracting readers that were getting increased day by day. His readers had started demanding him for writing a good novel. The guy listened to them. Then he decided to become a writer. In fact he was very vulnerable at his aim. He was never sure of his carrier whether to go in engineering, medical, literature or any other known course. In fact he kept changing his aims after some intervals in accordance with the demand of time, his head and heart.
His dad started calling the guy to ask about his placement and job. His dad never loved him but he wanted to see his kid settled so that his son wouldn’t face any hardship in living his life. Parents love their criminal kids too! They just love their kids.

Well, he kept telling his dad that he would get a job of his own choice in his own stream. Unfortunately, his college had failed to attract the companies of his stream so he was left unplaced. In short he was a jobless engineer. This is India and is producing maximum number of engineers in the world but fails to provide work to all of them.

On the other side there were a lot of companies of his stream that were offering the jobs in thousands of dollars (as salary). But there were also stiff competitions for the entrance in such big companies. Some of the leading publishers had already asked the guy to meet them to show the synopsis his novel that he had finished working hard over though out the year. He was stuck in choosing his path. Where to go? To publishers? Or to study hard sticking his ass to study chair to clear the examination that could have paid him thousands of dollars per annum.

He stopped finishing his book and was standing in his balcony looking towards sky in the darkness of midnight. In fact he was trying to count number of starts that were twinkling over his head. He was unable to count as his head was a bit confused. The reason you all know well about.

God was traveling across the sky and noticed a person who was most confused in the world and was unable to sleep. He lacked sleep for the last few weeks.
Without any delay god came down and appeared floating in front of the guy.

‘What has happened to you, my child?’ asked the god.

‘Nothing. I’m just enjoying the west wind. It’s cool. Isn’t it?’ the guy responded.

‘By the way who are you and how are you standing still floating there?’ the guy asked.

‘I’m god,’ the god said.

‘Ah, You looking cool in this outfit. Where did you get it from?’ the guy asked.

‘Oh, shut up. I’m god and I’m supposed to wear such clothes. And it’s none of your business,’

‘I was traveling across the world to see whether this world, my creation is okay and I noticed you and you and your head in a great confusion. So I got down to help you,’ the god said.

‘Okay, you are god as you’ve just told me. You should know why m I so confused,’ the guy said.

‘I’ve a lot of works to do so I can’t study each single person’s head. Look at the population. How speedly it’s increasing day by day,’

‘Okay. I’m just confused in choosing the right path. Whether should I meet publishers to get my book published or to study like a fucking nerd to clear examinations that would pay me thousands of dollars,’ the guy asked in a single breath.

‘Go for the dollars.’ The god answered bluntly thrashing the guy’s love for writing….

[Epilogue: the guy chose to study hard and clear papers to get a job as god had told him to do so.
He got a nice job with huge handsome salary. But there was something else that had started haunting his head after working there for few months.
‘Fuck you,’ he said to his job of assistant manager and called the publishers for a meeting.]

AFTER MY BREAKUP

Oh, she still loves to be called single,
Didn't her rude heart got mingled.
With the love, he gave to her,
With the time, he shared with her.

Stupid! Yeah, he calls his heart stupid,
That has already poured a lot of love.
Over her mind, over her body,
Over her heart and over her soul.

Hey, ungracious heart, didn't you notice,
His love, his innocence, his dedication.
What was his fault, he just asked,
You for accepting, you're in love with him.

The world is becoming barbarian,
The hearts are getting filled,
With the hatred and repellency.
The hearts are being flooded,
With the poisonous thoughts.

Where are those days gone,
When the lovers were supposed to,
Tied together with their hearts,
With their bodies, with their souls,
For years, for decades, for millennium.

Pouring Love over anybody is very easy,
But making him/her fall in love is not.
He, his poisonous-less thoughts,
His innocent heart did it, Yes, he made it.

Hey, good and rude ladies,
Can't you see the world of love?
That someone is showering over you heavily.
Come out of dreams, and see,
How happy you're with him.

Hey, patienceless guys,
Can't you feel?
Girls too can pour love
And share happiness.
Where does your innocence go?
When the girls start showering love,
And care upon you.

SMART GUYS AND THE SMARTER GIRLS!

One year of a relationship is enough time to make the emotional and any known bond in this world stronger. Yes, they did it. They are in love, true love now, better call.
It was a time when they (a guy and a girl, of course) met as complete strangers. No past relations, no childhood friends, neither school friends nor college friends and no common friends, they had. Both of them met in a fest and exchanged their numbers as they might have liked each other or they were in need of good friend.

As the texting started just after opening of their eyes in the morning, ranging whole day till the moment their eyes didn’t get closed themselves.  They planned to meet one day and they met in a café, away from the huge noisy malls. They liked each other at first meet because they just saw each other under the dancing flashing dj lights in the fest.

Well, there is a great difference between love and like and all of us are aware of it except only few! The girl liked the guy more. And they had started trying to forget their past relationships as the newer always gives better feeling, better opportunity and better space.
They again met after a month as the guy seemed to be more aggressive and forced the girl to meet. In fact, he had a lot of girlfriends (around 4 to 5 only, because not only he but also no other guy can have girls more than this number!) and he had enough time to share equally or unequally with almost all of them over phone texting, online chatting, and chitchatting over phone.

The girl on the other side had all the good features that guys die for in girls. So she was also flooded with some offers after her last break-up. She was enjoying a lot as the guys were running and fight after her. The fact is that guys run after any kinda girl. But the guy who she met last evening and a month ago in the fest seemed smarter, intelligent, respectable, handsome and of course possessing healthy wallet.
The guy on the other hand had already enjoyed past two relationships in which he was supposed to be serious and enjoyed the love, the true love and rest he considered time passes. He had some good choices till then and he chose the best then.  As a smart guy he focused over his decreasing time (that’s fixed 24 hrs per day for the world) and his healthy wallet that he could have emptied in a single day if he would have gotten the chance to.

They met once again and felt in love this time as some hugs and kisses got exchanged during seeing off.  The guy felt in true love as he was a frequent in falling in love with any girl truly. Time passed and they started meeting every week then every alternate day then every day.
Unfortunately, they guy didn’t study girl minutely as he thought himself smarter plus he thought that if he chooses anything then it must have been the best one among the choices available.  Yes, the girl was smarter and more careful. She used to accept the offers of friendship from the guys and then judge them after staying close to their hearts. But most of the guys in her list failed in satisfying her conditions except the fest guy. She felt nothing much like love like the guy who had already slipped off his heart and head. But yeah, the way guy was living and treating people around himself impressed the girl. Sometimes later she had started feeling something that was dragging her closer to the guy whom she wanted to meet every day right in the morning where her dad used to drop her near a metro station. The guy with much leisure time used to wait for her sitting there.

The time passed with the greater speed and more fun in their lives. They were so much into each other that they had stopped thinking of any other thing except meeting every day, talking for long , watching out all the new hollywood releases , go for long walks (during monsoon) and eat together.
One day the guy asked her to make love when both of them were getting wet enjoying under huge natural shower. She refused. And the guy whose head got speed up and thought that the girl doesn’t love him but she likes his company only. In the meantime he had given up all the contacts of girls that he gathered to have more fun. The girl on the other side had already started losing interests in her girlfriends and boyfriends in her college and outside as she was habitual to rush to meet this guy even if she got a break of half an hour from her lectures. Same was the case with the guy, he had already fought with his friends for one or more reasons.
The guy could do nothing when it came to make love and he maintained calm and patience. One he was standing in his balcony and was thinking deeply about the girl in the deep dark night. He made up his mind to leave the girl as he considered his relationship useless without any physical closeness.

He met the girl next day and gave up this idea to leave her after seeing her innocence, trustworthy nature and dedication towards the work. He started living a ray of hope that she would fall in love with him as he had heard a lot of storied of victory of love over everything when he was a kid. He then decided to follow the footmarks that the childhood stories had left over his intelligent, innocent and a bit wicked head.
Time passed again, and they had started sharing even a small moment of happiness (and sorrow at times only) together. They both were in deep love, true love with each other. They couldn’t live even a single moment without each other. The guy, despite loving the girl was has started considering his relationship as friendship only. The girl, who had enough attitudes so she at times tried it over the guy and was becoming unbearable for the guy.

Guys fall in love in lesser time than girls. It’s true. The guy did the same. Plus he had developed something in his head that if the girl couldn’t love her then he would make the girl sleep with him as she had all the best features that were proving that she could be the best under sheet.
Well, whenever relationships get composed of the mixture of sharing love and emotions then they result into sharing of bed. But the guy, intelligent, better thinker like an intellectual was unaware of the rudeness and rigidity of the girl. The girl on the other hand had made up her mind not to lose her virginity before her wedding and losing it before marriage was something like crime for her and it could have smashed her dignity and attitude. Like every middle class girl with middle class head she was thinking that her parents had brought up her in pure atmosphere giving her all the happiness and everything that she had dreamt for. So she kept rejecting all the possible plans of guy to hit into bed with their all emotional and sexual might. This resulted into frequent fights and we all know the results of frequent fights.

[Epilogue: the girl respected her won feeling and emotion and the guy had no other option except looking for a new girl. The girl also got a new boyfriend. In fact she had two. Now the guy is in a live in relationship with a pilot girl who flies aeroplanes and sleeps with him every night. And the girl (his ex now) is an IAS officer and is planning to get married with a guy that her parents have chosen for her. Two of her ex boyfriends (last two) drink and smoke together, cursing and abusing her a lot.]

The things that your eyes would never see!

God is very happy with Delhi and has started thinking of the rising height of mercury so he would have decided to shower Delhi. Well, it’s monsoon and according to it there must be some heavy rain over here. The most enjoyable moment that is being squeezed from this season is to stay under sheet for long and enjoy sex with the bed partner. Unfortunately, I don’t have a bed partner and I hate staying into bed for long whether its monsoon or winter or scorching summer.

As usual I woke up early and walking fast rushed towards the Japanese Park. There was very few attendances over there as most of the walkers were still to open their eyes and see the awesome sexy atmosphere. It rained heavy with huge thunders and lightening last night so there was water everywhere except the jogging marble track that is just a few inches above the ground level. After finishing jogging it was time to stretch arms and so some exercises. Nobody was there where many youngsters and old men and women come to stretch their muscles to make them strong.

The sound that was coming from the patting of my shoes and the water hiding under grass was very pleasing to head and soul. Some of the water, penetrating the tiny holes entered into my shoes and wetted my socks and feet as well. Without wasting time I started doing exercises like push-ups, chin-ups and some more exercises. Whenever there is scare of heat you get more energy.
After lightening, thundering and showering the earth, clouds were in no mood to stay away leaving Delhi sky. Making several layers it was covering whole sky keeping away the mightiest sun from the view, they had started flashing some water drops over earth. A jat uncle, holding an umbrella appeared who loves to do exercises more the youngsters. He noticed me, saw here and there, looked at me and left. After sometime some jhuggi kids came, exercised and left.

I was not getting tired and was getting more energy, I don’t know why so I continued exercising with the continuity of the rain. Everything (the trees, the plants, the marbled tracks, the fountains, the leaves the light poles) were shining more as they had already got wet and light was being reflected more so their shining sight was pleasing my eyes. It was time to return home and study something as my sessional papers are about to begin from 13th of this month.
The rain was turning heavier, the clouds had already covered the whole park as if they were trying to stay here for years and shower it nicely to turn it into a pond. I started returning following the same jogging track looking at the trees that were covered by the flood of birds. I don’t from where so many birds had come there. The last night rain had already filled the ponds, increasing the level of water some inches. The buzzing sound of the crickets was audible that can be heard at night only.  It was raining so heavily that the patting sound of the water over trees’ leaves and the ground was audible clearly.

The biggest pond of the park was about to flood the whole park as the water level had already increased by one meter. The crows and other birds were sitting on the trees and plants on the bank of the pond. Most of them were enjoying the rain as they had squeezed their body sticking their feathers to their bodies. The colorful pebbles that cover the banks of the pond were not visible as the water had already submerged them under it. The ducks, making small groups of around 10 to 15 that swim there, were sitting on the water near the banks. Some naughty crows were trying to play with the ducks but the ducks were in no mood to play with them just to enjoy the heavy rain. I reduced my pace but kept walking staring continuously towards the pond. Suddenly I saw something swimming across the water. Expecting it a small black boat without any person on it, I jumped off the jogging track and ran quickly towards the pond. It was not a boat as something else was swimming. They were swimming in some patterns and were getting spread at times. Their heads with long neck were visible out of water. Some of them started flying above water, some vanished into water dipping their heads under water, some were running on water as if the water was something like solid road for them, some stretched their feathers and covered the smaller heads, some loved to stay calm keeping their necks above water.

‘Hello son, you are enjoying the sight,’ a voice reached my ears suddenly. I turned my head aside rolling my eyes and saw a well dressed old man, holding an umbrella was standing next to me.
‘Oh, hello uncle,’ I said looking back towards the black birds.
‘Your eyes have good power to capture such sights,’ said uncle looking towards the birds.
‘Look at them, they are looking so beautiful. They can be seen here only during heavy rain,’ he continued.
‘I’ve already made 10 to 12 videos of these birds,’ said the old man.
‘How nice, can you mail them to me please. Take my email id,’ I said.
‘Son, I don’t have a minute to do any work then how would I mail you?’ he said.
‘Okay, but what do you do?’ I asked the old man.
‘I do nothing, I’ve already crossed my sixties. I love to roam so keep roaming here and there. I wake up early and start roaming and reach my place by 10pm when my wife is waiting for dinner with me,’ he continued.
‘What do you do?’ he asked me.
‘I’m a writer,’ I answered looking at him.
‘Very nice. You are blessed with some extra ordinary head. work hard. You will go to America, Australia etc. your eyes have different capacity to view and analyze this world. One day you’ll roam across the whole world. God bless you,’ the old man said.
It was a bit irritating me as I was supposed to enjoy the view but the old man was disrupting that. I distracted my eyes from his face and rolled my eyes back towards the pond but the birds were not visible by them. They had disappeared somewhere into the water or into the cloudy sky. I cursed the old man for wasting my time. I looked into his eyes with anger and he stared back…………

Placements, Night Outs and The Stunts!

The seventh semester arrived with some good news for the students of 4th year as campuses of IP University are flooded with a lot of companies (for proving jobs, of course), IT companies only. But there are a lot of terms and conditions of these companies. The students with the backlogs are not being allowed to sit in the tests. Some of the students like Ankit, my stud friend who doesn’t like to wait for the core companies and want a placement right now at any cost. Unfortunately he has a backlog. Our college management doesn’t want to take a risk to allow the students of this category to sit in the paper so that its college will not be blacklisted.

It was quite dark. Everybody was bedding to go into bed. The sound of the hitting of the guards’ big bamboo sticks was audible only. It rained heavily an hour ago so the atmosphere was quite cold and calm. The earth seemed cold a bit after getting showered nicely. The stars were not visible in the sky as the thick layer of cloud had covered it fully. Ankur was standing in the balcony with a hot cup of tea not to enjoy the sip but was searching a way to get into the first company so that he would further enjoy the whole year with his sweetheart.

He was tired of listening to the words like ‘the students with backlogs are not being allowed but can study and take chance if the college (in which the companies were coming) is allowing at the last moment’. There was a great confusion. In fact he had already studied a lot for the test and after working so harder no one would like to give up the hope.
He called his friend Verma and Ankit who including himself had backlogs and were dying to get a job in Infosys anyhow and told them to meet him. For the first time both of them shown sincerity and reached Ankur’s place within half an hour.  The meeting started with the puff of cigarettes and hot coffees.

‘Why did you call us here at this time?’ asked Verma.
‘Very simple, just to get a job in this fu**ing company,’ answered Ankur, releasing smoke in the air.
‘I’ve a plan to get into it,’ continued Ankur.
‘What?’ both of them asked together.
‘Making of fake mark sheets,’ answered Ankur boldly.
‘Are you mad?’ said Ankit in a shocking tone.
‘Nope,’
‘Look, if we are selected for the placement then would work harder to clear backlogs and so…………,’ convinced Ankur.
‘Oh, you fu**ing a**hole, you want us to be put behind the bars,’ said Verma puffing the cigarette strongly as if it was the last cigarette in the packet.
‘It’s risky, they would catch us and would throw us out of the test in front of our class mates and college mates and we would have to feel ashamed,’ said Ankit, rhyming Verma.
The discussion continued for hours and Ankur, finally was able to convince them to work together and keep the plan secret.
‘How would we do it?’ asked Verma.
‘I’ll do it,’ said Ankur.
‘But how?’ asked restless Ankit.
‘What how? I’ve already done it each semester for showing my mark sheets to my dad,’ said Ankit.
‘What?’
‘Yes, I’ve one, two or three, even four backlogs each semester but I always change my marks in mark sheet to hide them from my dad,’
‘But you never told me, you d**k h**d.’ I also would have tried the same to make my parents happy who always scold for not getting good results,’ said Verma.

             ****                                              ****                                              ****

Ankur went to his sister’s place and asked her to give her HP DeskJet scanner-printer to him just for a day.
‘You can do your work here,’ his sis told him.
‘Nope, I can’t work here. I’ve to work whole night,’
‘What’s problem in working here?’ she asked.
‘I can’t because my friends are waiting at my place and we have to work together on our minor project,’
‘Okay, you can get it then,’ she said and Ankut grabbed the scanner-printer and ran straight to his place where his good friends were eagerly waiting in the balcony.

The scanner was connected to the electric board from one side and to the laptop from the other side. Ankur, who was already expert in doing such a nice job of changing marks made three cups of coffee. Ankit took out three cigarettes and disturbed to rest two after lighting them. Ankur sat in front of laptop with some original mark sheets. Verma sat in his left hand side and Ankit on the right on the floor. The fourth semester mark sheet was kept under the scanner and the real work started then. Some of the softwares that Ankur had already downloaded and worked over them earlier were opened.
The uncountable coffee mugs went on with the puffs of cigarettes. Three good friends kept working whole night and finally the dawn was about to arrive as the chirping of the birds had become audible. The guard had stopped hitting his big bamboo stick on the road and gates…………..

Ankit escaped jogging and morning exercises as he was the experienced lead to do such a tough work.
‘Hey, it’s 8:00am, and we’ve to reach the test center by sharp 8:30am,’ said Verma who was lying on the mat and was thinking ‘what would he do if he is caught in any case’.  At last they got the prints of changed mark sheets and the resume which was almost same. Nobody took shower as they were getting late for the written test for which that had to wake whole night to work on.
‘We are still left with an important task,’ muttered Ankit.
‘What?’
‘Attest, we’ve to get all these mark sheets and CVs attested before reaching to the test centre.
‘What the hell is this? Where would we go now?’ asked Verma in a shocking tone.
‘Hey, my mom’s friend is a doctor in a A***lo hospital and she lives here but she would ask million of questions before attesting,’ said Ankit whose mom’s and dad’s friends are present everywhere to get any kind of jack work.
‘But I don’t want to go to her place. She would tell it to mom and I would be caught…..,’ contined Ankit.
‘Oh, shut up you A**h**e, we are left with minimum time and no need to worry. I would talk to her. You just introduce me to her as your best friend,’ interrupted Ankur.
‘Yeah, it seems a good idea,’ said Verma, looking deeply into mark sheet.

            ****                                               ****                                          ****

The car reached outside Ankit’s aunty’s place and everybody was discussing that if Ankur is going to lie a lot then try to control their laughter. They got down and started moving towards the door in queue with Ankit at first, then Verma who was followed by Ankur.

‘Hello aunty, good morning,’ said Ankit as the door got opened and a lady appeared.
‘Hello son, how come at this hour?’ asked aunty, who was still in her red gown and it seemed that she had come to open the door straight from her bed room as her hair was still rough and was uncombed as half of her hair was flying on her forehead and half on her left hand side. Her big blue eyes were still searching for some more sleep. Her lips were…………..

‘Aunty, I’ve to get my mark sheets attested because I’m going to write placement paper,’ Ankit said.
‘Come in,’ she said turning back. Ankur kicked Verma to say hello to her as he was continuously staring at doctor aunty’s cleavage.
‘Nice bre**ts,’ said Verma looking at Ankur.
‘Hmm,’ he nodded.
‘Ohhhh, look her b**s, they are so awesome……,’ Verma kept muttering such words for aunty into Ankur’s ears.
‘Can you please shut up, you bas***ds,’ muttered Ankit, looking back staring at both.
‘Aunty, they are my best friends,’ said Ankit pointing towards his friends who were sitting on the couch that was just on the opposite side of the center table, facing her.
‘Show me your original mark sheets,’ ordered the doctor aunty…..

[to be continued with the night outs and the stunts....]

The Old Man and his loneliness

The darkness was still there and the sun was about to rise up. The chirping of the birds was audible as there were no traffics running on the road. The calmness could be observed everywhere around. The street lights were still to be switched off, the air conditioners that cool our closed bed rooms were adding some more heights in atmosphere mercury. The stray dogs were walking slowly in unusual manners. They had understood that their work was to be over by now.
Yes, it was early morning and I came out and was heading towards Japanese park for jogging and playing soccer and the cricket too! I felt smart to wake up early in the morning when maximum Delhites love to stay under their sheets to enjoy the monsoon.
‘How hardworking are they?’  I said to myself looking towards the creatures, who were smarter than me as they’d left their beds earlier than I did. They can be seen early in the dark morning when most of you are lost in your dreams in your beds. They walk faster looking here and there as if they had lost something expensive previous evening. The street dongs love to bark running after them. I never understood what they were looking for.
The monsoon has arrived and Delhi is still to be showered heavily like previous monsoon. Walking straight solving the puzzling questions that were storming in ma head about those persons and Indian society where a lot of boundries still exist. People like Anna Hazare are shouting and trying their level best to eradicate corruption from Indian political system but I never heard then shouting for the poorest section of this country.
Finally I had reached the park where the sound of cricket was still audible, finished jogging and then joined my team to enjoy soccer which was followed by cricket. I got tired a bit after scoring 6 runs for my team and was decleared injured by my team’s captain as one the player of my team was still to bat and some overs were still to be bowled.
He had crossed his seventies, half of his head was shining as there was scarce of hair over there, his whole face was wrinkled and was looking indifferent. He, everyday, sit there and tries different poses of baba Ramdev. He laughs loudly at times. The glow in his eyes was noticeable. Like rest of the old uncles he was in his fashionable outfits, in shorts and loose tee with the matching of branded shoes.   ‘Ram Ram uncle ji,’ I said talking a seat next to an old man whom I see everyday sitting and enjoying our games sitting on a bench under a big tree.
‘You got tired very early today,’ Uncle responded.
‘Oh,’ I…….,’ I said.
‘You know what, when I was young like you I used to play soccer for two hours every day and never got tired so early.’ said the old man.
‘That’s great,’ I greeted.
‘What do you do?’ asked uncle.
‘Ammm….
‘I’m a writer,’ I said after thinking what to choose from writing and engineering.
‘That’s great,’ he said.
‘I expected something from engineers and doctors,’ added Uncle ji.
‘India needs young authors,’ he continued.
“It was my early twenties when I was in the 2nd year of my college life in university. It was the time when I used to live alone here in Delhi, away from my mom and dad and their love! I was very intelligent academically but I was a bit different from other classmates and streetmates so I had very limited friends. I was alone that time and I’m the same now. I completed my undergraduate degree then post graduate degree and got a job in London. I got married to an English girl. I love her a lot. Like every married couples we had produced kids. A lot of incidents have happened in my life. I’ve grandchildren now. I and my wife made our lives unbelievably beautiful co operating each other at each walk of lives. I never understood why did she demanded for divorce one night. I didn’t want to divorce her so we had some bitter arguments that night. I wanted to leave for India and she was opposing it. She met a fatal accident and two days later, she left me alone in this world.
The cricket was turning more interesting so was calling me, but the uncle had opened the chapters of his personal diary so I loved to sit with him. In fact, I don’t have a grandpa so I liked to listen to some more chapters of his life.
“But I always love writing and I had started writing about my life and the life around me. The loneliness is an evil as well as a gift in an under graduate college life, you know.” said the old man looking towards the batsman who was hitting six on each second ball.
‘So your college life was boring as you had limited friends and had no girlfriend?’ I dared to ask.
‘I’d a girl whom I loved but we broke up later because she wanted to stay here in Delhi and I had got a job with nice salary in London.
‘But still I felt loneliness, I don’t know why,’ he continued.
He continued and I started visualizing his story in black and white world, placing myself in place of him.
“It was quite hard for me to cope with the loneliness but it had taught me the real meaning of life.” He said.

“Loneliness had taught me a lot of good stuffs. It gave me more space to understand the wind, the birds, the summer, the winter, the monsoonal rain, the trees, the gardens, the ponds, the rivers and a lot. It taught me how to utilize my maximum time. I used to bunk my classes to think and imagine the human and nature. I never wanted to drink wines and smoke cigarette but I tried and became habitual to them. Later I understood the outcomes of drinking and smoking but still I’m alive. In fact, the incidents forced me to feel comfortable with the branded wines and US bases cigarette. The most complex task is to understand Love and its effect on the lives. Well, I’ve always heard that understanding woman is the most tidous task as the creator of this universe so the women failed to understand the women. I came to know the love the humans their pain. I came to know how to satisfy myself when I needed a girl to love and sleep with. I continued writing about my each good and bad moments that have taught me a lot of stuff since the noncompetitive to this competitive world. At last I became a writer and started writing true stories and fictions after quitting my job because it was quite hard for me to stay at the place where my lovely wife used to sit in front of my transparent cabin. I got shifted to India and after reading my stories some publishers contacted me and asked for publishing my stories in three volumes. Now, I’m a rich and famous writer but I’m still alone and lives alone in old homage away from my children and grandchildren and of course my love whose ghost come every night to give me goodnight kiss and wave her hand to say goodnight and leave for the heaven.

[the story of that old man is written very precisely here, it's very long and very true.....It really feel bad when old people are thrown out of their houses....]

Feel Fresh..

I'm feeling fresh and relaxed after jogging and exercising for more than half an hour. It has been long, I din't feel so  free. It seems there is no extra burden over ma head now. Ma head seemed so confused and stressed after working 7 days a week. Working as a trainee in NDPL and DMRC together at a time is not a kid's play.
Well, a good news for ma readers is that I've been working very hard on my debut novel since last summer and it would take some more time to get it published and released. It would be ready by the end of this summer.

The Engineers' Anthem!

A song dedicated to the engineers....

Here came the 4th year of engineering,
Daaru sutta aur ladki, sab seeming useless and tasteless now!
Saala placement ki hai kadki
College ki hai maa ki...aankh..aankh..aankh

Daddy asking daily, beta, when you're gonna be placed,
How many of your seniors got plaaccceddd...
Girlfriend mujhse puche, why are you so lost, ma sweetheart,
Why is pacing the beat of your heart.

When I look at good companies,
That are far away from my college,
Saali aa jati hai fatt kar hath mein,
When I see their entrance papers and then interviews.
What to do now..now..now..noooowww.

Saala jab gaya main training mein,
Dekha engineers ko site p working mein.
I imagined maself at their places then,
Then I lit up a sutta looking to run away.
Yes, leaving my home to run awaayy.

Then god shown me a way, a way , a way, away.
And that was the thought of joining any insti for
cat, mat , xat, xaattt, xxaaaattttt!
It seemed the best idea,

So I sat at dinner table..first time together with my dad, mom and sis.
Daddy ji ne dekha aur kaha,
'What happened to ma son,
That he is sitting next to me this mon.

Daddy, I wanna join  a coaching insti,
For the entrance of cat, mat, xat, xat . xattt.
Daddy threw his plate over my head..heaaadd..heeeeaaaad.
I've seen you, beta and your results of IIT JEE, AIEEE..
FIIT JEE me tha dubaya tune mere 1.25 lakh..laakh..laaaakh,
I'm not gonna spend more, chahe bole koi lakh.. laaaakh.

Saali kismat thi meri maari, jo na padha tha mein,
For IIT JEE, AIEEE....EEEEEE
When I argued back then he became more angry,
And asked me to leave his home, he looked then scary.

Mommy yelled hatoji,
lemme talk to ma betaji.
He is not that bad...bad..bad.
The atmo became hotter and sad..sad.

The situation became uncontrollable
Then I packed my bags and left home
home home hommme
fucking hommmmee.

Doston ne kaha, beta tu to hai topper
Tujhe to milegi job..agar na mili job,
To pakadle apni bandi k dad ko,
Woh to placement karwa hi dega.

Well, I do listen to animals,
So I listened to my frineds.
I called ma girlfriend on a date,
Bola karade placement,
Kehti  padha to hai nahi tu,
Kahan se kara du placement.

When I forced her,
She stood up and said,
Goodbye ma sweetheart,
We would meet later..

Then she left the resto bar,
Leaving the bill unpaid behind her..

The Crow, The Frog & The Well-3

Birth of the Monster...!!

The crow was continuously looking into the eyes of the frog. The night was becoming colder and both of them started shifting their places towards each other.
'Hey, you are the most beautiful creature in this world,' the crow said moving his feathers round the waist of the lady frog. The lady frog looked into eyes of the crow and she started feeling something inside her head and body as the soft feathers of the crow were rounding her waist and the feet cum hands of the crow had already grabbed her body. She raised her hands and held the neck and half shoulder of the the crow tightly. Yes, they were making love under the cool moonlight, the sleeping trees, the sky, the cold breeze that was blowing from the nearby sea and of course the almighty god were the things that were watching the most amazing and wonderful love on this earth. They have never seen two different species so intimate loving so much passionately.
Well the smart crow had started doing his work that he could have done with a lady crow. He kissed almost all parts of the the lady frog's body.  Testosterone hormones started running from the lady frog's  head spreading to all parts of her body through the neurons. She also kissed the crow's lips and rest of his body parts holding him tightly. The crow shifted his lips from her lips crossing her neck towards the lower part of her body.
The trees, the sky, the moon, the cold wind, the silent and still night, the stars in the sky, and the god started closing their eyes after seeing such an indifferent stuff that was impossible for the crow and the lady frog.
The god cursed human beings for a while because humans could have made a video of the two loving intimate species and flashed it in their world through satellites that would have proved that humans are not only the single creature who can make love (and s*x, of course!) with different species like ******  ********* on this earth.
As the time passed, some unusual voice of the cute lady frog and the stud crow started coming out that pleased both of them including the things that had kept their eyes closed and but their ears opened (by mistake!).

'Hey, look at this,' the crow muttered releasing the body of the lady frog.
'How sweet. It's my egg,' the she said touching the egg. Yes, she had laid an egg. Both of them got out of their bed and started loving their egg.
'I love you,' the crow said to her.
'Hey god, what's it?' the lady frog muttered releasing the egg form her hand and Mr. god got an invitation to open his eyes. After opening eyes and scanning the egg god realized that something was going to happen indifferent there. The diameter of the egg had started shifting from millimeter to centimeters.  As it became large enough it felt down off the branch of the tree that was the bed of  parents (reproducers, better say!) of this egg. The egg felt down on the earth and it's outer walls started getting cracked with huge sounds that made the earth vibrate for a while. It was an earth quake that vibrated that whole world for some time. The most notorious and wicked minded creature of this world started waking up. They had started coming out their houses running towards the open fields. Some hid themselves under the beds. A lot of stuff had happened within few seconds.
'Ohhh my god. What's it,' the lady frog shouted after seeing the creature that came out of the cracking egg. She wanted to clean the liquid dirt that was covering her newly born kid's body that came out of her womb just few minutes ago. The dogs sitting under the tree at it's root started barking. The lion, king of the jungle started roaring, bunches of the birds started chirping more and more flying here and there and away from the trees, all the animals and birds started running away from the jungle after seeing the creature that came out of the egg. After seeing their newly born baby, the crow and the lady frog got fainted and felt down off the branch of the tree on the ground.

[to be cont....
with the physical appearance of the newly born baby that shocked God as it was not his creation and he predicted something wrong was going to happen on this earth!]

SUMMER TRAINING / INTERNSHIP @ I P University....[dedicated to all those dads/moms, who have approaches in the big companies (but for thier kids only!)]

Training letters have been getting issued in all the colleges of IP University since January so in my college too. Most of my classmates are very smart in such training kind of work so they have already got many letters. Following them, I went to the training and placement department of my college and asked the person (who takes care of such letters) to get me a training letter.
'For which company?' He asked me the first question when I asked him for a training letter.
'DRDO' I answered without delay.
'Okay, do you have any approach there?' he asked.
'No sir. I've heard this name from my friends,' I said.
'They're getting letters to this name so I also want it,' I continued. He looked at me right from my eyes to feet and repeated it moving his eyes from my feet to face and continued typing the letter. Within five minutes, the letter started coming out of the printer containing my name, address etc etc. He then asked me to check my name and roll no etc there in the letter.
'Thank you sir,' I said smiling. He gave me a shameless smile in return and asked me to get the letter signed by the dean.
Training is still to start in June but the training letters' story started in January. After getting letter I spoke to all of my friends about DRDO and came to know that it's a defence research organisation and students who have approach can get a seat for training there. I scanned my head and got no one (whom I know) was there hidden in my head who is working in DRDO. I folded the letter and tossed it into my bag where a lot of useless papers were already kept along with the news papers.
Months passed and I got around eight training letters to the names of different big companies naming BHEL, BEL, NTPC, DMRC, NDPL, DTL, DRDO etc. My classmates kept promising me to get my training done into such big companies because their dads or some relatives were there but no one accepted my letter except one, Gyan. In the meantime first internal examinations went and a month later, second internals also got over.
Well, the speed of the time machine is moving faster so the internal practical papers came that would be followed by the external papers. My classmates have started getting confirmation letters from the big names but no such letter reached to me yet.
The first and last approach that I was unaware of was Tanya (my sweetheart friend), who had asked me to mail my resume to her email id along with  a letter to BEL (Bharat Electronics, a big name again!). I made my resume the same day with an hour and mailed it to her the same evening. I was very happy and threw a small soft drink and chawmin treat with my friend, Gyan, who had already got a training confirmation letter from DMRC (delhi metro rail corporation) and his bro failed to get my done there.
Yes, finally I got an approach, after all so a treat was necessary. As I've already discussed that external examinations are about to start so I'm left with the least time for other stuff except books. I've already wasted my important time in making so many files that are useless and going to add to the height of the heaps in the store room of my college so time is not letting me waste it any more.

[few days later]

'my training is done in BEL and that of your, Sakshi and Savvy aren't. I'm sorry,' the message came in my phone and my brain got choked for a while.   More messages came explaining the reasons for not getting it done there came but all of them seemed useless to me except the first one.
Yes, Tanya's dad was able to get the training done in BEL for his kid only and not for me, Sakshi and Savvy. My brain got shocked because I had already dreamt and planned a lot to work and enjoy with her for two full months but the dream got shattered just in seconds. I went online at the same time and started messaging to my classmates, seniors and juniors too to help me in getting my training done anywhere (including big names!).

It was the power Electronics practical viva gong on so my classmates were revising and getting prepared for viva. Unlike them I was standing among them (without books!) and was thinking and looking towards all of my classmates. I started asking the first guy in the row with the question like :
'Hey, where are you going for training?'  After getting the answer of this question I gunned the second question down without delay.
'Meri bhi lagwade please :(,'
'Dude, you are already late and my dad tried really very hard to get my and his training done in Airport Authority,' One Mohit said pointing his index finger towards Varun. I looked at Varun, who gave me a smile in return that I didn't like, really. After inquiring more guys, I reached to the whose dad has maximum approaches to the big companies.
'Hey, how are you?' I asked.
'I'm fine,' he answered after scanning my face nicely.
'Where are you going for training?' I asked the next question that I wanted to ask before asking him about his well beings.
'NTPC,' he answered looking into his book.
'Can you try for me there please?' I uttered.
'Time has gone. You are late and NTPC manager is a far relative of my dad so I tried for myself and Ranaji only and he is also going with me there. Ranaji started smiling looking into his Power electronics file, who was sitting next the Nikhil.
'Bro, please try for me too. Talk to your dad once. I don't have any approach,' I said pretending, as if my face expression was full of sorrow, grieves and sadness.
'Wow,' Ranaji interrupted.
'Stud, you never let any chance go to tease him and making out his fun and now you are seeking help from him,' Ranaji said laughing.
'Ranaji, please stop it,' I said stopping my laugh that was about to burst out. I controlled my laugh, anyhow and maintained my sad expression but that failed to work there. After few more minutes of the conversation with them it was confirmed that Nikhil was not going to help me. I've made his fun many times, after all.
I spoke to the worst guy and girl of my class but failed to convince them that I really need help. They all thought I was disturbing their studies and making out their fun.
Yes, I smiled at times because after listening to their kiddish and senseless reasons no one could have stopped laughing there.
'Saala sabse maje le raha hai,' one of my stud friends said adjusting his specs, who was standing away from me dipping his eyes and brain into his file but ears towards my conversations. But the fact is that I really needed a help.
Well, the news of my training not done in BEL haunted a person more than me. She became restless and started making calls. She started giving me the details of NDPL and some more companies where training can be get done easily. She asked me to go there as soon as possible. She was more worried than me for my training, I don't know why.
Getting horrified by the news that in NDPL only NDPL's staff kids training would be done from this year she asked me to meet the HOD of EEE department of her college, who also has big approaches.
Yes, I'm talking about Tanya (my sweetheart friend). Following her instructions, I reached her college the same days she called me there. I reached near her DSP lab, as she was about to give her practical viva there. Well, I'm more familiar with the labs, classes and library of her college than mine. If you ask me the address of the DSP lab in my college, I would feel sorry to say you that I don't know where is it! My maximum time get spent in her college and my attendance is more in her college canteen and library rather than mine. Most of her classmates know me so they were staring at me when the best girl of their college walked out of lab to meet me. She marched me to the cabin of EEE's HOD on the 2nd floor but he was not there. After searching scanning each and every class and labs, we saw mr. HOD in a control engineering lab where he was taking viva of 2nd year students. We were standing outside the control lab waiting for the HOD to come out.
'Keep it buttoned,' Tanya said to me slipping the sleeves of my shirt down that were hanging above my elbows.
'What are you doing?' I uttered.
You should look like a professional,' she answered buttoning the uppermost button of my shirt that packed my neck.
'It's already hot and you are packing me like this. I'll die of this scorching heat for sure,' I said adjusting the collar of my shirt.
'Shut up, go the way I'm suggesting otherwise forget internship at good place,' she said giving a sharp look. After adjusting my hair that was falling on my forehead, she started giving me tips like 'how to talk to the HOD in a good manner (without using rough language), as if I always use rough language when I talk to such people.

[to be cont....
the scene changed when mr. HOD, an old man came out and asked me that he had seen me before....and he recognized that I was the same guy, who was caught watching bad video with a girl of his college in her classroom, few months ago.]

Dhoni Went Bald So Are Few More ( & going to be !!)

India have won the cricket world cup that remained dream for 28 years ( and before 1983 too!). Coming straight to the point without wasting my time ( & yours, of course), Dhoni the Indian skipper went bald getting his head shaved. He disclosed the secret of getting bald after winning the dream cup. He had 'promised to God' that he would go bald if India win the world cup.
Inspired by him many youngsters (may be his fans only!) are going bald by getting theirs heads shaved these days. Last Sunday I was looking for some nice pics in Delhi Times, I started with the page three and reached to the front page flipping pages and checking out the second last page. Finally I got a good news.
The news was like 'While Pantaloons Femina Miss India International 2011 Ankita Shoray is busy in posing for the photographs, in Delhi, her bro Aman Shoray doesn't want to pose for a single one. Taking inspiration from Dhoni, he'd promised to God that he'd go bald if his sister won the pageant and he has done it.
Yes, Ankita, the Delhite girl has won the crown of Pantaloons Femina Miss India International 2011.
Few cool dudes of my college are also going bald after getting their results 'all clear'. Well, Dhoni and Aman Shoray had disclosed their secrets but my college mates still want their secret of head shaving to remain secrets.

[ A similar story of a kid (true and real, of course!) ]

6 years ago there was a kid in a village. Like other kids he used to go to school for studying, of course. It's better to call him a teenager as he had entered to class 10th. His name was Chandu.  He was the most notorious kid of his school. He was a law breaking kid, so was habitual to get entertained the varieties of punishments in return. Most of his class mates never dared to utter even a single word in front of him. He was always involved in fighting with his school mates, outsiders and sometimes with teachers too! He had a best friend too! Unlike him, his best friend Nandu was very serious kinda teenager. His dad was always after him and his studies. He always used to thrash his kid like hell because he was getting tired of being called in his kid's school every second week.
Getting fu*ked up by such of his frustrating and irritating state he was thinking deeply lying in his bed. He was thinking about his studies for the first time in his life. After some time, he got out of his bed and closed the door of his room looking here and there whether any one is looking towards his room or not. He failed to unlock the door, as the lock was broken from inside. He came closer to of one the walls of his room shutting the door tightly. He started looking towards the wall focusing his eyes on the two big photos that were hanging on the wall. Yes, the two photos were of big and huge Hanumanji and Balaji. He then joined his palms closing eyes (opening one or both for few microseconds to check whether anyone was looking at him).

"God, I'm going to work really very hard. I'm studying whole night in front of both of you. I know you're keeping your eyes on me when whole world is sleeping and I'm studying even after midnight. Please help me in getting 95% marks in 10th class board examination. Nothing is hidden from you. You know about my school, the worst that keeps me punishing all the time. I want to score 95% marks and slap this mark sheet on the face of my school's principal and that bastard, Rajiv Sir, the discipline in charge, who thrashes my palms, hands, legs, ass and whole body whenever he catches me for my faults. I want to show that bitch, head girl of my class who never fails to write my name at the top on black board in the list of class disturbing elements. I'll never tease girls and would try treat all of them as my sisters except one, Anamika, whom I love the most. I love you god. Please help me, please help me. I promise you, I'd come to your place Tirupati Balaji and get my head shaved there. Please help me." Chandu prayed (and abused few people too!) was over now. He opened his eyes moving his eyes checking everywhere and got no was there except him in the room. He then touched the feet of gods (in pics, of course!). He turned back to return to his study table.
'What the f**k,' he uttered.
'When did you come here?' he asked. Yes, his dad was standing behind his wicked kid listening to his prayer.
'I've heard everything and don't use bad language in front of me, at least,' his dad said taking seat on the bed that was standing next to the study table.
'You are working really very hard. I can see you studying whole night when we all sleep. You can score as much as you want.' convinced his dad. His dad continued with his boring motivational and moral lessons.

[After few months]

After waiting for few month the result was about to be announced. Chandu, the kid turning to be a guy woke up early in the morning. He took shower and then bowed down his head to lords' pics that were hanging on the wall of his study room. He left his place touching feet of the god. He reached a nearby cyber cafe.
'Bhaiya, when are you going to open it?' he asked the cafe guy as he was waiting for him standing in front of the cyber cafe.
'Hey, kid, what happened to you?' the cafe guy asked.
'You've come so early to watch bad things,' he continued.
'What bad things?' Chandu asked surprisingly.
'Don't fool me, you kids come here to watch bad things only everyday,' the cafe guy said unlocking a big lock hanging on the big shutter of his cafe.
'Nope, I've to check my result,' Chandu said helping the cafe guy in rising the heavy shutter up.
Both entered into the cafe. The cafe guy switched the lights and fan on.
'What's your roll number?' the cafe guy asked opening CBSE site.

The Crow, The Frog & The Well

Chapter : 2

The crow started asking her to roam  with him as the well seemed boring place to meet daily. After million of requests the lady frog said ‘yes’. But the problem was that she didn’t have feathers so she couldn’t fly like the crow.
After discussing the same thing for some days, the crow's brain clicked and asked the lady frog to sit on his back as he could handle her weight.
'But........,' the lady frog started.
'No if, no but.' Let me weigh you,' the crow said hanging her in the air holding her hands.
'Ohhh....,' the crow uttered.
'What happened?' the frog asked.
'Nothing, you are as light at feather,' the crow said smiling.
'Don't lie, I've become a little bit fatter.' The lady frog smiled looking towards her each part of her body scanning the fats hanging around her belly and other body parts, as if crow was lying about her weight.
Yes, the dude crow lied. He was cool and expert in lying, so he made her believe that her figure was zero size, beautiful and light of course. On the other hand they had become best friends so no one of them could refuse to each other's request.
The lady frog jumped smiling on the back of the crow and the crow was all set to fly opening his feathers vibrating them frequently.
'Enjoy the ride, Honey,' the voice reached the lady frog's ear and she started looking downwards as the crow was about to take off. She saw a young lady frog, who was one of the frogs that were staring continuously at the lady frog and the crow, as if both of them were going to do the world's worst thing by flying in the air. The old crows, who never forgot to raise their eyebrows were also standing and watching the lady frog and her best friend.

'Love you, bye,' she said to the single well wisher (the another young lady frog!) waving her hand  sitting on the back of the crow, who had already started his flight taking off the boundary wall of the well. The lady frog started looking here and there sitting there on the natural plane. she started looking downward bending her head down but pulled it back as most of the things (on the earth, of course!) were looking very small and tiny. Her place and the frogs of her community were no more visible now. She had never seen the fields, villages, towns, rivers, lakes, trees with so many jumping monkeys and mountains before. She was feeling amazing.  Up in the sky, she was feeling very free. There were no old frogs to raise their black turned into white eyebrows. There were no lady frogs who always wanted to throw her down off the head lady position. She was simply very happy there.

'Hey, how are you feeling ?' the crow asked the lady frog bending his head back moving his eye balls to see his best friend.
'Are you duffer?' she shouted forcing his head pushing it forwards.
'You would kill me for sure,' she continued.
'Okay, I won't turn back,' the crow said taking a sharp turn accelerating his feathers pacing his speed to maximum.
'What the f*@k is this,' the lady crow shouted grabbing the crow's back tightly when he was taking sharp turns to enjoy his feathers. (Might be he would have been trying to impress the lady frog by showing his flights!) After enjoying some fun with his feathers, he rested his feathers and came down to a mountain top and asked the lady frog to get down off his back.
'Nope, I'm not. I wanna fly more,' she said holding his back and feathers' root tightly.
'But,' the crow started.
'What but? You've told no, 'no but, no if in friendship. Start flying,' she ordered  banging his head quickly. The crow started the flight spreading his feathers again off the mountain.

The lady frog was heavy enough so the crow wanted to take rest haulting his flight for some time, but the lady frog was enjoying the most adventurous and wonderful ride and wanted to continue it happily so he could not refuse her. After all they were the best friends.
'Hey, look at the lake,' the lady fog said pointing his index finger towards a lake in the middle of the wheat fields. Well, the crow was showing everything on the earth and above it to the lady frog but now scene was seeming to be changed! The crow stopped moving his feathers up and down, to and fro taking a turn heading downward towards the earth keeping his feathers opened and calm.
'You might be hungry and thirsty,' she asked the crow.
'Yup, I'm dying to have something as mouses in my stomach are jumping recklessly, as your heavy weight and my extra flight made me burn my all calories in this ride.
'Shut up, I'm not heavy, huh,' the lady frog said jumping into the lake opening her hands and legs and started swimming in the cold water in the sunny weather. The crow looked at her and smiled thinking 'she is happier now'. He started looking for some food walking entering into the wheat field.

After gathering some food from the lake and the field, they were about to start their lunch together (for the first time, of course!) on the half wet bank of the lake under nice shining sun.
'Hey, look at them,' some unknown voices started entering into their ears as they took the first byte of their lunch.
Yes, some frogs and fishes were noticing their moves standing still in the lake water near its bank.
'Hey, come on guys,' the crow called them to join the lunch.
'Nope, you'll eat me up,' one small fish said looking at them and the food leaking her lips with her tongue.
'Nope, I won't,' the crow said sipping the colorful drink.
'Don't talk to him. He is an extra black crow. He seems to be very clever and rude to me. No need to go near him,' One lady fish said holding the hand of the smallest fish tightly as the small fish was gazing at the food continuously.

The Crow, The Frog & The Well

Once upon a time there was a crow (in a forest of course). He used to leave his place (tree of course) in the morning in search of food and fun. He loved teasing the stray dogs because some dogs always disrupted his foods. He was a free and stud kind of crow so he used to roam through out the world. His daily work was to roam here and there to get some food and looking for some lady crows to ease his eyes and master brain (cleaver and wicked one!).
Time went on, he was a happy crow and dude of course so a lady crow felt in love with him and things went lovely for him. One day he was plying with some other crow kids and some monkeys jumping from one branch to the other branches of the tree. Suddenly a devastating earthquake came along with a huge tsunami and storm. He flew towards the tree where his mom dad lived, just to save them because they were old enough and couldn’t fly. He was late as the ugly storm takes over the trees. As he was a stud crow, he tried his level best to rescue his parents but finally failed. He got stuck in a tree branch when he was flying towards the sky through the shortest way and felt down. He got hit by the tree’s branch and its leaves and felt down. He saw the other crows, monkeys, and some other birds prisoned in between the branches of that heavy tree.
Well, he was a cleaver, dude and overconfident crow so he tried really very hard to come out just before the arrival of the tsunami that was about to wash his away. He finally came out but he was  late and had to pay the cost to fight against the natural disaster. He started flying high in the sky but he found no one was there. I mean the birds were not visible to him there. He flew higher and higher with his  half broken and bleeding feathers and placed his feet on the top of a mountain that was sitting away from his forest.
Time went on but he started feeling like hell without his family and girlfriend, of course. He used to cry washing away his sorrow with the tears trickling down his cheeks daily at night so that other birds couldn’t see him crying because he never cried. With the passage of time he had learnt to live without his family and girlfriend and got new feathers meanwhile.
[After few months!]
It was the month of mid June and he wanted to enjoy his new feathers and started flying high in the sky away form the mountain top crossing the nearby towns, cities, villages and fields. After few hours of his flight he started feeling thirsty as his throat was drying and forcing him to have some water. He looked downward and flew towards a lake. He became sad after getting the lake dry. Yes, he flew enough and reached in a dreary desert. He started roaming here and there looking for few drops of water. As he was a cool and confident crow he kept searching waters. Finally, he saw a well in the middle of the village on the outskirt of that desert. He flew down and sat on the boundary of the well to check whether there was water inside it or it was dry like the lake. The crow started dancing suddenly after hearing some voice of the frogs. Yes, the voice of the frogs that was coming out of the well was proving that the well was not dry.
After seeing a crow dancing and singing madly, some stud frogs came out to see  why the hell was the crow dancing and singing so loudly disrupting their peaceful atmosphere.
‘Hey, what happened to you?’ one of them asked the crow.
‘Nothing,’ the crow answered stopping his feet.
‘Then why are you dancing like mad?’ the head lady frog asked.
‘Actually……..,’ the crow started.
‘Fu*k off, you assh*le,’ one of the stud frogs shouted pointing his eyes towards the crow.
‘Shut up,’ the cute head lady frog said to the stud frog.
‘So, you were looking for nothing and started singing and dancing madly here, right?’ the sweet and sensible head lady frog said to the crow, who was looking here and there recklessly.
‘Actually, I was looking for water and I roamed a lot to get it and finally got it here so…,’ the crow answered.
‘Hmmm,’ the frogs uttered nodding their heads.
‘Okay, enjoy the water,’ the head lady frog said.
The crow started flying inside the well to have much awaited water but he failed as the well seemed deep enough to him. He tried twice but got hit by one of the walls of the well and started falling down but he tried hard and flew out of the well. The frogs started laughing at him.
‘Hey, may I help you?’ one old frog asked the crow.
‘No, thanks, you are old enough. I’ll get it by own,’ the crow answered setting his feathers tight to fly into the well again. He tried and failed for the third time too.
‘Hey, may I help you please?’ the head lady frog asked, who got impressed by his attempts and confidence. The crow started thinking for some time and answered ‘yes’. The head lady frog went into the well and brought a bucket full of water along with some food items. The hungry and thirsty crow finished water and food within few minutes. After finishing everything they both started chitchatting for some time and the other frogs had already left for the well. As the head lady frog was already impressed by the crow and the crow on the other hand was alone in this world and got a good friend. I mean they became good friends.
They started meeting everyday and chitchatting time got increased. She was happy with the new friend and their friendship got concrete with the passage of time. The crow started visit the well daily and the head lady frog had started gaining attention of the eyes of the rest of the frogs. The old frogs started raising their eyebrows whenever they saw them together sitting at the boundary of the well. As her friendship was not acceptable in her community so she was removed from the head lady position by the rest frogs.
The crow started asking her to roam  with him as the well seemed boring place to meet daily. After million of requests the lady frog said ‘yes’. But the problem was that she didn’t have feathers so she couldn’t fly like the crow.

I P University & It’s Loopholes (may be not!)

Well the result has been decleared and most of us are all clear as this semester was not very tough. As always, it started with the flashing of datesheet on the IPU official website and students started studying like mads because no one wants to give any chance to get a back and sit sad in the darkness.
All of us were eligible so we got a seat each in this university. No one is bad student (in my opinion!). After announcement of the date sheet, the days pass very fast and papers come at hand. The exams start and most us attempt 75 marks’ questions out of 75 marks. Only few leave some questions who struggle with their pace of writing.
After writing exams, we get few holidays and new semester starts with the new weather, new season and of course new atmosphere. Nayi Sarak market gets filled with the books and students start rushing there to get all new books. Few guys and girls try to fall in new relationships during this time because there is not any extra pressure of exams.
After three months from this time the results on non technical departments start getting put on the IPU website. The heartbeats of the technical and non-technical students start pacing up and their brains start entering into an unstable state. After some hoax news of result out and tremendous stress counting days (where each day seems really very hard to pass!), the result of the various engineering departments start coming on the official website of our university. Students (web wizards, better call!), who always keep checking sites start texting and calling their college and non college mates to check their result as soon as result is decleared. Facebook accounts get filled with the status updates like ‘ I’m all clear, thank god, I got 80% or so, Thanks to Sai Baba who helped in clearing all the papers’ etc etc. Few people update their status like ‘I worked really very hard but got 1 back or so’.
Delhi fills with joy and cheerfulness with the opening of the hundred of beer (& wine) bottles along with the soft drinks’ bottles. Because guys like me are okay with the cold drinks and ice creams. Number of attendance start increasing in the city malls to celebrate all clear parties. Few love to enjoy shopping with their parents, as if they would have promised to buy jeans, t-shirts, foot wears and more dresses (I don’t know much about girls’ dresses, so..!) if their kids get no backs in their result. Some propose to their opposite sexes people to be their girlfriends / boyfriends after getting good marks. Old couples start dating everyday to renew their love. How can I forget to mention my story here. I start waiting for Tanya standing outside her college for roaming and eating with her at our favorite outlets in South Delhi. Few unlucky people start drinking wines and puffing cigarette puffing and freeing the news of getting backs with the smoke of the cigarettes out in the air. Unfortunately I’ve quit smoking.
Pawan is a stud guy of my group. I can’t dare to call him a ‘nerd’ because guys in my group love to be called studs only. Like other engineering nerds they hide the number of hours they give on their study tables but never fail to share the stuff like – which is the best porn site and who has the best cleavage in the college and outside. Anyways, he works really very hard focusing on each and every word coming out of the lecturers’ mouth in the class. He goes for tutions also to get the left uncleared problems cleared. Tutors teach really well as they take handsome amount to clear all the doubts. Despite depositing around 70,000 bucks’ cheque as one year fee to their colleges of IP University every year, students love to spend more on the subjects so that they won’t get any back paper in any semester. Well, Pawan is a rich guy and he can pay for any number of tutions.
Let me come to the point. Students don’t leave any stone unturned to get good marks in the exams. Despite writing exams nicely attempting all the questions, they live in a fearful and trauma state of getting back (by mistake!) in any subject.
Yes, this fear comes in their mind from IP University’s marking system. ‘The checkers check our answer sheets as if they have old enimosity with us,’ people say it, generally. Maximum students (good, average, better) get 35 to 50 marks out of 75 marks in the external exams. Thanks to the colleges that give 20+ marks out 25 to all of their students in the internals. After getting 20+ marks in the internals there is least chance of getting any back. Unfortunately, few people get backs even if they score 25 out of 25 marks in the internals.
After getting backs the rechecking forms including 230 bucks as rechecking forms’ fee start getting deposited in the respective colleges. ‘The rechecking forms are useless.’ Most of us say it. Only few out of  hunderds get their marks altered. I’ve been studying in this university for the last three years and I never understood the marking system in its exams. I always get surprised and shocked when nerds like Pawan get a back in any paper. I never understood the rechecking form system (including 230 bucks as rechecking forms’ fee!) of IP University where only few out of hundreds get their marks increased (or decreased!). My classmates always say that ‘in rechecking no one gets his/her marks increased so it’s useless’. Not even a single students of our university say good about it’s rechecking system.
I want to ask the respected and reputed IP University [ Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi] exam system that :
1. Are we such bad students who can’t score 30 to 35 marks out of 75 marks in the externals?
2. Are the rechecking forms really useless?
3. Is our marking system so real and true that left students with back paper to study the same subject and get it cleared or get the back again by the next year?
Well, there are million of questions start coming in the mind when you get any back after working hard really very hard and honestly. IPU conducts it’s entrance test and students are selected on the basis of their talents except few like Tanya (my sweetheart friend!) who get a seat by paying lacs, what is called a management seat here.
The disadvantages of getting backs are countless. Its affects range from training, internship and placement in good companies to suicide (that means end of one’s life just for not getting a engineering degree!). Students start doubting their talents too.
But I love the way time is going on in this university that is full of surprises and shocks, I don’t know why. :-)
Life becomes no lesser than hell when you start taking everything very serious and there is lack of surprises. Let the time play it’s role. Enjoy each day of your college life because it’s not going to come again in this life. Guys and girls who are still single, fall in love with their respective ‘opposite sex’. Love is the most wonderful thing in this world....

Cough....High Fever....Syrup (not wine!) & The Result !

Well, I'm unwell these days. Extra dose of coke, pepsi and any known cold drink on this earth is about to kill me. I'm unable to jog, walk, sleep and of course study. Sometimes, the degree of my unwellness fires happiness into my head, only for the reason I can stay away from the course books for some time. Thanks to my antibody that doesn't let me fall ill.
Let me come to the point. Despite being so unwell I woke up very early in the morning to start, finish and revise the course of microprocessor to write my second term paper with a fear in my mind of getting my attendance short that always debarred me from writing the papers. Unlike my stud friends I get the time only in the morning of the paper day so I had to do it.
Thanks to my college management that allowed me to enter the exam hall. I wrote the paper and ran straight to Pitampura metro station. How can I skip any meet with Tanya (on weekdays only). Yes, she was waiting there at Pitampura metro station. After roaming for some time I returned to my place. I went to my sis's place to have lunch with a scaring mood as she always shouts at me showing sharp expressions just for disrupting her noon sleep.
I'm unwell, as I mentioned earlier and I love to have medicines especially syrup. According to doctor's suggestions I'd to have two spoons in morning and evening. I had two more full spoons of syrup increasing the dose twice thinking that I would be well as soon as possible if I'm having more dose of medicine. I try this stuff whenever I get unwell! I went into bed texting some messages to Tanya.
'Stud, result aa gya....,' the voice reached my ears and I opened my eyes.
'What the hell is this? Is it a dream,' I said to myself checking whether it was really a dream.
'We both are all clear and Tanya Bhabhi has topped with a whopping score of 84%,' the voice continued and forced me to run towards washroom to wash my face. As always Gyan had called me to give such bad news (good news for the first time!).
'Dude, check my result once again. Am I really all clear?' I asked opening my eyes clearly.
'Yeah, you are all clear and you have scored good marks this time,' he said.
'Fu*k the good marks, dude, come to my place. It's a party time, bye,' I said disconnecting the call.
'What the hell is this?' I asked myself looking towards the phone screen that contained 15 new messages with a yellow envelope picture on the screen. I started dialing Tanya's number leaving all the messages unread in the inbox.
'Hey, hi, congrats,' I said as she picked my call.
'I'm not talking to you,' she said.
'Why, what happened?' I asked.
'You got 84% and I'm all clear,' I contined.
'So what? I'm messaging you for the last half an hour and you are sleeping,' she continued entering in her real mood.
'Oh, I'm really very sorry, sweetheart,' I started.
'You've slept for 3 hours, you know,' she said. I checked the time and it was 5:45pm in my phone clock.
'But the result,' I uttered.
'What result...it was expected,' she said.
'And yeah, you're all clear. This was unexpected,' she added........

[Our conversation continued for the next forty minutes discussing the stuff we did during our examinations' days (including the dates even on the examination days!)....well, the days (four months ago) are better described in the blog books..GF..kisses & papers.]
